**qTag is freeware** (2006-12-06) \\ \\

Those programs where available as freeware applications since 2002. The last version of [[software:windows:qtag:]] has no shareware limitation anymore. **Freedb lookups in qTag are working again** (2006-12-04) \\ \\
[[software:windows:qtag:]] uses the online database freedb to search for of missing tags, like album names and track titles. After a break, freedb is running again. Here is the original the news:
